Day 5 - Sunday, August 2, 2026

This is a biking blog and this day I spent the day with my folks, so just a quick run-down (feel free to skip).

As I was carrying fewer laundry on this trip that usual, I was already running low on clean clothes, so we drove to the only laundromat, near which we had quite good breakfast - at the bistro of a gas station (how romantic).

We then drove to České Budějovice, marveled at the town, then took the compulsory brewery tour. On the way home, we went to a restaurant in the middle of nowhere, it was a new place, with really high ratings. I really enjoyed my late lunch/early dinner, one of my folks was not that happy with his/her food - overall, they are on their way of becoming a really cool restaurant - with a few hiccups. On the way home, we stopped and bought groceries for the following breakfast.
